Natural Material Variation
Every Abhakaar piece is made from solid natural wood. Because wood is a natural material, each piece may vary in:
Grain
Colour
Texture
Pattern
Tone
Surface character
These variations are inherent to natural wood and are not considered defects.
Wood may also respond to changes in humidity, temperature, and its surrounding environment. Minor movement or changes in colour over time are natural characteristics of the material. Your piece may therefore differ slightly from product or lifestyle photographs shown on the website.

Product Images & ColouR
We make reasonable efforts to represent our products accurately through photography. However, the appearance of wood, finishes, colours, shadows, and other details may vary depending on lighting conditions, photography, and the display settings of your device.
Lifestyle images are intended to communicate the character and use of a product and may not represent the exact environment in which the product will be installed.

Pricing & Taxes
All product prices are displayed on the website in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all taxes.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that pricing information is accurate. In the event of a genuine pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to correct the error.
If an order has been placed at an incorrect price due to an obvious pricing error, we may contact you before fulfilling the order. Where appropriate, you will have the option to confirm the order at the correct price or receive a cancellation and refund.

ORDERS
Orders are placed through the Abhakaar website. Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product. An order is considered accepted when Abhakaar confirms the order.
We may decline or cancel an order in limited circumstances, including where:
A product is unavailable
There is an obvious pricing or product information error
Payment cannot be successfully verified or completed
We reasonably believe an order has been placed fraudulently or unlawfully
Circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent fulfilment
If we are unable to fulfil an order after payment has been received, we will communicate with you regarding the available resolution.

Product Availability
Standard pieces are kept ready in stock where indicated on the relevant product page. Select designs may be made to order, as specified on the product page.
Standard pieces generally dispatch within 4 working days. Made-to-order pieces may require additional preparation time, with the relevant estimated timeline communicated at the time of ordering.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed and we are unable to fulfil it, we will contact you and communicate the available options.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. Made-to-order and customised pieces also cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed. A change of mind does not qualify for cancellation. For information about returns, replacements, and refunds in the event of damage or a manufacturing defect, please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Payments
Abhakaar currently accepts prepaid orders only. Cash on delivery is not available.
Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout.
An order will be processed once payment has been successfully received and verified.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Shipping, delivery timelines, damaged products, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy. Please review that policy before placing an order.
In particular, returns or exchanges are available only in cases of verified damage or manufacturing defects reported within the specified reporting period.
Made-to-order and customised pieces are not eligible for return or exchange except in cases of verified damage or manufacturing defect.

Installation & Use
Abhakaar lighting products must be installed in accordance with the installation instructions provided with the product.
Our fixtures are designed for 230V AC electrical systems and must be installed by a qualified electrician.
Incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorised modification, or use contrary to the supplied instructions may affect the performance, safety, and warranty of the product.
Mounting hardware and electrical components supplied with the product are included as specified on the relevant product page.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Abhakaar website, including but not limited to:
Abhakaar name and branding
Logos and trademarks
Product designs
Product photography
Lifestyle photography
Illustrations
Written content
Graphics
Website layouts and visual elements
is owned by or licensed to Abhakaar and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit any Abhakaar content without our prior written permission.
The purchase of an Abhakaar product does not transfer ownership of its design, intellectual property, photography, or other proprietary rights to the purchaser.

Product & Material Disclaimer
Our products are handcrafted from natural materials and may contain variations that make each piece individual. Natural variations in wood grain, colour, texture, and minor movement over time are characteristics of the material and should not be considered manufacturing defects. Finishes may also develop naturally with use and exposure to environmental conditions.
Product photographs are intended as a representation of the product. Minor differences between photographs and the physical product may occur due to natural material variation, lighting, photography, and screen display.
These characteristics do not affect the intended function of the product.

WARRANTY
All Abhakaar lighting fixtures are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and electrical faults arising under normal intended use.
The warranty does not cover:
Natural wood movement, grain variation, or colour change
Damage caused by incorrect installation
Misuse or neglect
Unauthorised modifications or repairs
Accidental damage
Normal wear and tear
Damage resulting from failure to follow installation or care instructions
The warranty applies to the lighting fixture and its electrical components only and does not cover the natural characteristics or movement of the wood.
To make a warranty claim, please contact studio@abhakaar.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We may request photographs, videos, or other information to assess the claim.
Where a manufacturing or electrical defect is verified, Abhakaar will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the applicable warranty and consumer laws.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Abhakaar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of our website or products.
Our liability in relation to a product shall, to the extent permitted by applicable law, be limited to the remedies available under these Terms & Conditions and the applicable product, warranty, shipping, and returns policies.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Force Majeure
Abhakaar shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
Natural disasters
Fire
Flood
Epidemics or pandemics
War or civil unrest
Government restrictions
Transportation disruptions
Power or network failures
Supply chain disruptions
Acts or omissions of third-party service providers
Where such circumstances occur, we will make reasonable efforts to minimise the impact and communicate material delays where appropriate.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or your purchase of products from Abhakaar, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
